The IWK Health Centre is a highly specialized health care centre dedicated to education, research, family-centered care and health promotion. The IWK proudly promotes a mission of caring, learning, and advocacy. Its staff, volunteers and partners are committed to helping children, youth and women in the Maritimes be the healthiest in the world.
The IWK Health Centre Foundation exists to ensure excellent care for children, youth and women in the Maritimes. United with its donors, the Foundation is committed to raising funds to support the areas of greatest need at the IWK, including the purchase of state-of-the-art medical equipment, innovative research and special programs such as Spiritual Health, Child Life and Bilingual Services.
