“My goal each day I go to the IWK is to help people as much as I can, to have fun. And if I can put a smile on a patient’s face, that’s a good day for me.”
Caleb has been a member of the IWK community as a volunteer since 2005. In his most recent volunteer roles, Caleb works with patients in the Play Garden, he escorts patients and guests, and he is now a mentor student with the IWK’s summer volunteer program involving hundreds of teenagers. Caleb is also a member of the IWK Youth Advisory Committee.
